Authors wishing to submit an abstract should first register
on-line and complete a paper submission form. Please note the
following indications for online submission.
1. Register your personal information on-line. Keep your user
ID and password in mind.
2. Log on with the ID and password. Complete a paper submission
form on-line and upload a full paper. You will receive a paper
number. Submission form will be available on-line through
May 1, 2008. Special Session proposals will be due on
February 1, 2008.
