Authors of the accepted papers must submit a final manuscript for conference proceedings in pdf format by June 30, 2008 and to attend the conference to present the paper at MFI 2008 in Seoul. All papers to be presented at MFI 2008 are to be published in the CD-ROM conference proceedings to be distributed to the participants at the conference. For your final paper to be part of the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for MFI 2008 when you upload the final manuscript. When preparing your final paper, please take into account reviewer comments.

Before submission, the PDF file of your final paper should be checked for IEEE Xplore compliance. General information on how to create IEEE Xplore compatible PDFs is available on the information page for using IEEE PDF eXpress.

Preparing and submission your paper:
Step 1: Please log-in with your email and password provided earlier and be sure to reflect the reviewers' suggestions to the final manuscript.

Step 2: Write your paper using the available LaTeX or MS Word templates. Please do not change the formatting in any way. If you choose not to use these templates, please make sure that your paper strictly adheres to these formatting instructions. Note, however, that we strongly encourage you to use the available templates. Your paper should be entirely self-contained.

Step 3: Create a PDF version of your paper adhering to these instructions. These tips may be helpful. Alternatively you may proceed directly to the next step and have IEEE PDF eXpress create your PDF file for you.

Step 4: Login to IEEE PDF eXpress (conference ID: mfi08x) and create the PDF file for your paper if you didn't create a PDF file yourself. If you have already created a PDF file for your paper, login to IEEE PDF eXpress (conference ID: mfi08x) and use it to check if your PDF file is IEEE PDF compliant.

Step 5: Copyright Transfer
IEEE Copyright: Individual papers should be not be published in the conference proceedings unless the required IEEE Copyright Form has been returned to the IEEE. To process the copyright transfer for each contribution, click at ¡°Copyright Transfer¡± link. You will be taken to the IEEE eCP site in a new window. Follow the steps as described on IEEE eCP pages till the very end. If you quit midway, eCP will be incomplete and you will not be able to upload your contribution. After completion, close the window. Repeat the process for each paper for which you are the corresponding author. Please make sure that paper title and author list is accurate before copyright transfer is performed.

Step 6: Pay Registration
Open a Registration window. Complete your registration payment. Each paper accepted should register for the inclusion of the paper in the proceedings, before you upload the manuscript. If only one author for a paper would register, the regular fee should be paid. If you have more than two contributions, ask your co-authors to register.

Step 7: Upload Files
You may now upload your files for contributions for which registration fees have been paid.
